Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hsinteriorsllc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
The Trinity Décor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 8644 E. 63rd Street, Kansas City, MO 64133. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.
